Each pilgrim is assigned an RFID wristband. Officers simply tap the wristband on a USB RFID reader,
and the system instantly displays the pilgrim’s details, payment status, and scan history—even offline.
Yes. HajjTrack NG supports offline operation. Field officers can scan pilgrims and record data without
internet connection. All data is stored locally and automatically synced when connectivity is restored.
The system records all installment payments, automatically calculates balances, and clearly marks
pilgrims as COMPLETE or INCOMPLETE. Receipts are generated instantly, and full payment history is
available for auditing.
Yes. HajjTrack NG uses role-based access control with multiple user roles such as Admin, Accountant,
Registration Officer, and Auditor. Every action is logged with an audit trail to ensure transparency
and accountability.
The system generates reports such as complete payment lists for visa processing, daily collections,
monthly financial summaries, and audit logs. Reports can be exported in Excel or PDF format.
